Opening Prayer: O God, whom saints and angels delight to worship in heaven: Be ever with your servants who seek through art and music to perfect the praises offered by your people on earth; and grant to them even now glimpses of your beauty, and make them worthy at length to behold it unveiled for evermore; through Jesus Christ our Lord. ANNOUNCEMENTS
☻ Thursday November 21st: This will be our November weeknight rehearsal, as Thursday the 28th is Thanksgiving.
☻ Christmas Music Retreat: We got a good head start on our music! Thanks to those of you who came. I am anticipating a lovely Christmas Eve.
☻ Update on Soprano
☻ Christmas rehearsals in December: We will rehearse 3 Thursday nights in December: 5th, 12th, 19th . Please mark your calendars!
☻ Anybody else want to join us for the Pilgrim Lutheran Fall Hymn Festival with David Cherwien? So far I have Trish, Brian, and me signed up to sing in the Hymn Festival. The festival is on Sunday Nov. 24th with the choir rehearsal that same Sunday at 2pm, the festival starting at 4pm. The director Sarah Williams will get us music as soon as she can. If you have never been to a hymn festival, you really should come. David Cherwien wrote the Advent Alleluias we used to sing a long time ago. Pilgrim’s address is 3650 W 106th St, Carmel, IN 46032.

Thanks to those of you who have kept me updated with notes on my desk and emails regarding your signouts. Every single member of the choir counts on you: your presence is very important and most appreciated!
