St. Francis is a congregation of the Episcopal Church, a member of the protestant denomination in the US. We believe that God loves you - no exceptions.
What to Expect in Worship:
Our worship is founded in a centuries old tradition that also accommodates our modern lives. We have regular worshipers from all walks of life, all backgrounds and traditions; some of our members have been Episcopalian their whole life while some have only been here a short time. All are welcome. The service bulletin contains all you will need to follow the service and our Ushers are happy to answer questions and offer assistance.
Parking and What to Wear:
Our parking lot is directly in front of the church building, including four handicapped accessible spots located close to the doors. You may always pull up to the front doors to drop off if needed. Additional parking is available at the Boys and Girls Club next door.
You will see people in “business casual” to jeans and birkenstock sandals at any given Sunday at St. Francis. We will be happy to see you no matter what you wear.
Childcare:
Children are welcome to all aspects of our congregational life. God put the wiggle in children and we love to hear it in the pews! We do have a nursery available for our younger members from 9:00 am to 11:30 am on Sundays and items at the back of the church to help engage children. There is also a Prayground table by the piano where children may enjoy their own fellowship; parents are asked to join their children at the chairs by the Prayground.
